Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before your item(s) are shipped out. Our team will work diligently to prepare and package your order with care. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Estimated delivery times are based on normal circumstances and may be subject to unexpected delays beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
4. Shipping Costs:
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. However, this is subject to change for certain items in the future. Any changes to shipping costs will be communicated to you during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm the total cost before completing your order.
5. International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Shipping Address:

9. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage or defect and retain all packaging materials. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you. Failure to report damages or defects within this timeframe may result in the denial of a refund or replacement.
10. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to clearance items, custom-made furniture, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
11. Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
12. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
